In advance of the G8 Type Approval Certification process, Damen carried out several pre-tests with the Invasave ballast water treatment system at the test institute MEA-NL.

The results of the pre-test are successful and promising for the land based testing starting in March this year.

Damen will prepare and make the design ready for use to provide shipping an high quality, cost efficient and sustainable BW solution in ports.
